Trinity Basketball is proud to give back — both on and off the court. Our community and charity work focuses on supporting men’s and women’s health initiatives, promoting wellbeing, and using sport as a force for positive change.
We’re actively involved in outreach within Dublin’s inner city, partnering with Trojans Basketball Club
and local programmes to make the game more accessible to young players from all backgrounds.
Whether through charity tournaments, fundraising campaigns, or health awareness events, our players and committee are committed to building connections, championing inclusion, and making an impact that goes beyond basketball.

Each October, Trinity Basketball proudly turns pink for our annual Pink for Purpose campaign in support of Breast Cancer Ireland.
The initiative raises awareness for breast cancer and funds life-changing research through community events and sales of our
limited-edition pink club gear.
From jerseys and shorts to hoodies and warm-up tops, every item helps make a difference — with €8.13 from each sale donated directly to Breast Cancer Ireland.

Each November, Trinity Basketball gets behind the Movember movement to raise awareness and funds for men’s health, including mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer,
and testicular cancer.
We encourage our members to grow their moustaches with pride, share their progress, and spread the message of men’s wellbeing across campus. Alongside our donation campaign, we host fundraising events — from a club night out to a refreshing sea swim — bringing our community together for a cause that matters. A number of Movember forfeits also take place throughout the month.
Donation links, WhatsApp Groupchat and Event tickets will be made available via our Linktree.

Trinity Basketball is proud to have a close connection with the North Inner City and Trojans Basketball Club, one of Dublin’s most inspiring community teams. Through this partnership, we aim to support and promote basketball opportunities for
young players in the inner city.
Trojans players often come along to watch our home games, bringing incredible energy and enthusiasm to the stands. In return, we collaborate on outreach activities and shared events that use basketball to build confidence, teamwork,
and belonging both on and off the court
