When does the Club Shop open?

The shop opens for short windows (typically 10-14 days) a few times per year. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on launch and closing dates.

How do I place an order?

Simply follow the link provided during shop opening periods, select your items, and check out directly through our partner ISO Basketball’s website.

Why is the pink gear more expensive?

Our pink jerseys are part of a fundraising initiative — €10 from every sale is donated to charity to support breast cancer awareness and research. It’s gear that makes a difference.

Who produces the gear?

Our official supplier is ISO Basketball — an Irish basketball brand known for quality, performance, and style. We’ve partnered with them for over two years.

When will I receive my gear?

Once the shop closes, gear is produced and shipped. This can take 4–6 weeks after the closing date. You'll receive updates via email when your order is on the way.

Where will my order be shipped?

Orders are delivered directly to your home address. Delivery fees apply at checkout based on your location.

Can I get gear outside of the shop window?

Unfortunately, no. Gear is only available during specific opening windows due to the made-to-order model. This helps reduce waste and keep prices reasonable.

Can I return or exchange items?

For any issues with returns and exchanges, please contact ISO Basketball directly at help@isobasketball.shop with your order details.

Can I order just a jersey, just shorts, or the full set?

Yes — for all jersey designs, you can choose to purchase just the jersey, just the shorts, or the complete set, depending on your preference.

Can alumni or non-students buy gear?

Yes! The Club shop is open to anyone — current players, alumni, family, friends, and fans.

How can I suggest new gear or designs?
